KFIT is your local gym at Heyford Park — a place to build strength, routine, and momentum. Your membership gives you access to a well-equipped, welcoming space where you can train consistently and confidently. From there, we encourage you to level up through our small-group training sessions, where expert coaching, structure, and shared energy help you progress faster. For those who want extra focus, one-to-one personal training is available to refine technique, build confidence, and support your long-term goals.
